Personal information and GDPR compliance

When you install a trial or buy a license for one of PM Overview Atlassian add-ons, Atlassian gives us access to the Atlassian account used for the transaction. We do not store or process this account information.

We may use the email and the name from the account to send periodic emails informing about new features and updates in our products. You may opt-out from these emails by clicking Unsubscribe link that is present in every email.

We reserve the right to identify you as a PM Overview customer in our promotional materials. You may request that we stop doing so by submitting an email to support@pmoverview.com at any time. Please note that it may take us up to 30 days to process your request.

Cloud version of PM Overview for Jira

Data storage and location

Cloud version of PM Overview for Jira plugin stores the following information:

  • The plugin does not store any data in browsers’ cache. Once you close, refresh or leave a page with the plugin, the browser loses all data.

Data portability

There is nothing to port since the Cloud version of the Jira plugin does not store any valuable information on the server.

Data Center and Server versions of PM Overview for Jira

Data storage and location

Data Center and Server versions of PM Overview for Jira plugin use the following information on your Jira server:

  • all the chart configuration data (like chart name, working days / hours, configured chart security, etc.)
  • user settings (like chart filters and visibility toggles)
  • baseline dates and issue keys
  • your Jira domain to distinguish users and support authentication

Also the plugin does not store any data in browsers’ cache. Once your close, refresh or leave a page with the plugin, the browser looses all data.

Backups

Not done by PM Overview. Contact your administrator for database backups.

There is nothing to port since the PM Overview Jira plugin do not store any valuable information in Jira database.

If you find a security issue in the plugin, please report it through support@pmoverview.com

In case of security breaches or vulnerabilities in the plugin, we will notify all users by email with actions to be taken.

The data collected during the use of your add-on will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
